Krause Family Ford was built on a simple idea: a dealership should be measured by more than the cars it moves. The Krause family put that conviction to work the way they know best, through the car community and on behalf of the people in it. The vehicles changed over the years. The way the family does business did not.
That conviction got tested in 2015. The Krause family lost their daughter Angela to a rare form of lung cancer, three days after she gave birth to her second child. Cars carried her name into the world. Cars now carry her name forward. Her memory lives on in the family's work: a meal program called Angie's Kitchen that serves people in need in Atlanta every day, and lung cancer research funded out of every November.
Krause for a Cause is the next chapter. It takes what the family has been doing quietly for years and opens it up, so the whole car community can step in alongside us.
We started this organization with a simple belief: people give more when they trust where it goes. So that trust is the thing we work hardest to earn. Every dollar raised is accounted for. Every organization we support is chosen on purpose. And we tell you exactly who benefits and why, before you ever buy a ticket or write a check. On paper, we are Community Missions Partnerships, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit doing business as Krause for a Cause — one organization, one mission.
Because nobody loves a Friday night cars-and-coffee like a car person. And nobody knows better that a good machine, well kept, is worth showing up for.
