Join our team and make a difference at upcoming community events. Whether you are a die-hard car person or just looking to give back, there is a place for you — no experience required.

Where we need help

• Event setup and teardown — staging the show field, signage, tents, and tables before and after each event.
• Registration and check-in — welcoming drivers and guests, handing out placards and wristbands.
• Judging and awards — collecting and tallying ballots and helping run the awards ceremony.
• Raffle and merchandise — selling raffle tickets and running the merch table, with every dollar tracked to the named charities.
• Podcast and media — photography, video, social media, and production help around events and episodes.

What to expect

Most volunteer shifts run three to five hours on event day, with occasional help needed the evening before. We will match you to a role, give you a quick orientation when you arrive, and keep you fed and hydrated while you are on shift. Volunteers under 18 are welcome in most roles when accompanied by an adult.
